Lyoto Machida VS Rampage Jackson
Not necessarily the most exciting fighter, however, Machida proves that hard training, timing, and patience conquers all. After using his fist of iron to strategically pummel his way to the Light heavy wight champion belt against Rashad Evans. Machida has proven to be the best pound for pound fighter in the MMA with incredible striking karate power, speed, and explosion! Machida's unorthodox style clearly gets a challenger fighting a fight they are unfamiliar with giving him such an advantage.

However, Rampage's incredible power may brag about the heaviest hands in UFC with such tremendous force he was able to knock out Wanderlei Silva and win over Jardin. Rampage also owns a great ground game in which many are not familiar with. His neck muscle and jaw size will give him a more slight advantage than those than fell victim from Machida's counter attack and guerilla warfare tactics.

Machida's only chance for victory is to maintain his style, patience, and burst small hit in run strikes with both hands and feet which has served him well in previous fights. Rampage is one person that even Machida knows that no one wants to head into a striaght fist to fist collision duel. Rampage must bring his effetcive wrestling out of the closet and maintain his distance and not falling into Machida's plot by losing his patience as Tito Ortiz and Evans have done.

Machida and Rampage seems to be the next logical match. How will powerhouse Rampage do as he enters the Machida era? YOU BE THE JUDGE!
